Trauma & Stress

Trauma is held in the body revealing itself as everything from anxiety and depression through to PTSD. It also plays a major tole in compromising our health and wellbeing as it  changes our breathing patterns, restricting blood circualtion, oxygen, nuitrition and information to the body.

Through the combined power of correct breathing, movement and the mind we unlearn old bad physical habits. This relearning affects us positively at a deep cellular level as we learn to release the trauma and stress held in the body.
